  • Support Head of Lifestyle achieve fiscal year target with designated business share and align with the corporate direction on the category development

  • Develop and grow r strategically providing comprehensive assortment to sustain the franchise models and nurture the demand of new models in order to establish the robust hero models at the commercial price points

  • Develop lifestyle business by aligning with global and fulfilling local market need

  • Motivate ther team to provide market updates and competitors' information to explore the business opportunity and feed it back to AHQ/Center Of Excellent on seasonal basis to sustain and grow category strategically

  • Collaborate with Lifestyle APP manager (for all categories) to align with seasonal initiatives and overall Lifestyle APP outfit to connect with FTW stories

  • Collaborate with cross-function such as marketing, wholesale, DTC and operation teams to drive GTM process, ranging from sales meeting, key account pre-line, tradeshow to buy meeting

  • Cooperate closely with other Regional counterparts in order to gain sufficient product related information for in-country GTM meeting preparation

  • Supervise team members to accomplish the seasonal line planning with the key events along the GTM process such as SKO, sample review meetings, sales meeting, key account meeting, tradeshow and buy meeting

  • Monitor sell-thru after product launch in order to supervise Executive to establish the suitable assortment for the market

  • Align the seasonal key initiative of categories among ACN, AHK and ATW markets in order to maximize the marketing resource with consistent merchandising stories

  • Consolidate AHK and ATW's forecast along Greater China forecast process on seasonal basis

  • Roll out the pricing and discount policy among ACN, AHK and ATW

  • Build up the Go-To-Market process for ACN, AHK and ATW to follow at the various seasonal checkpoints

  • Based on HR policy and business needs, be responsible for the development of employees in the team, including business coaching, skill training, and providing guidance on specific tasks, etc, in order to improve the capabilities of employees in the team

  • Establish, improve and monitor the implementation of policies and procedures of the department according to corporate policies and procedures, in order to ensure the compliance and effectiveness of departmental work

  • Conduct employee relationship management in the department based on the company's employee relationship policies and guidelines, which includes knowing the employees and resolving conflicts, in order to create a harmonious and pleasant working environment


任职要求
  • Bachelor degree or above

  • 5+ years’ experience of product and merchandising or in related area

  • Result Orientation, strong team player

  • Passion for Sports

  • Being able to go on frequent business trips

  • Excellent in Word, Excel, PPT
