Market intelligence:
a. Provide first-hand information concerning commercial projects in each city;
b. Collect and develop market intelligence within the industry, and update the competitors’ information or sales activities in China to the Regional Manager;
c. Maintain good relationship with landlord and support negotiation with them on lease contract and business terms;Operations:
a. Directly supervise the daily operations of the boutiques in the area. Align with the corporate requirements of compliance & service standard;
b. Regular visit to the boutiques, and visit the POS in the area. Provide feedback to boutique managers and staffs to make improvements in a timely manner;
c. Help to update the visit feedback report on monthly basis for better tacking & follow-ups in the future;
d. With the assistance by the Coordinators, to control the boutiques T&E costs and the selling expenses of. Ensure they are following the company policy and the compliance requests;
e. Be responsible to cross check the individual commission according to the sales invoice / bank slips;
f. In charge to check the sales invoice & the relevant supporting documents to meet the compliance requirements;
g. Help the RM to ensure the smooth boutique opening & revocation, support with all the on-site arrangements, supervise product/PLV order, monitor the execution of Visual Merchandising, assist with the Human Resource procedures (ie. recruitment, training, dismiss, etc.), and any other related opening/revocation proceduresSales Management:
a. Develop area/city action plan to achieve commercial target in terms of qualitative & quantitative aspects;
b. Administer sales and manage overall turnover & profit;
c. Provide sales estimate for new product launch, and monitor the corresponding sales activities;
d. Analyse and evaluate product sales results, collect and provide qualitative feedback;
e. Guide boutiques to increase the repurchase rate;
f. Support boutiques to identify & develop the High Jewelry clients.
g. Provide specific action plan of each boutique to make the Btq / sales team to achieve higher performanceCustomer Relationship:
a. Maintain relationship with the landlords through brand events / product launch animation;
b. Develop new customer database through joint-event / joint-promotion with dealers and landlords;
c. Monitor the handling of those outstanding after-sales claims within the respective area;
d. Improve overall service quality to meet Satisfaction Barometer standard;
e. Improve all CRM program follow-ups of Top 70 / NHPManpower Development of Boutiques:
a. Define recruitment criteria and conduct the interviews;
b. Identify staffs’ potential & the talents in the existing team;
c. Assess, define and oversee retail and in-boutique training program to support/minor the integration of staffs;
d. Inspires and motivate boutique managers to build a cohesive and productive teamTeam Management:
a. Set clear roles and responsibilities of each team member;
b. Manage boutique managers by monitoring and evaluating performance, and by conducting corrective or disciplinary actions;
c. Provide training, coaching & feedback for career development;
d. Retain people by motivating team to gain job satisfaction
任职要求
In depth knowledge of product and industry
Excellent understanding of the selling process and of customer behavior
Good communication and negotiation skills
Leadership skill is vital, to give the directions and to nurture the commercial team
Frequent travel within China will be required (75% of work time not in the office)
Having at least 5 years’ experience in sales, including 2 years in Luxury Industry
Having strong analytical skill
