A Global MNC Chemistry Company

• Providing legal advice to XXX group companies and business units in China on daily operation, including: reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents on daily operation; and advising on compliance and regulatory issues; and advising general managers and company secretary on meetings and company secretarial issues

•  Advising and negotiating China investment projects, including: merge and acquisition (M&A) activities, including conducting legal due diligence and negotiating and drafting contracts, locally implementing of global M&A activities; handling establishment or restructuring

• Advising new laws and legal environment concerning the XXX Group’s business strategy, business model modifications and new business opportunities

• Providing legal training, e.g. contract law training as well as compliance program training

• Providing legal and administrative support to Senior Legal Manager, XXX China and collaborating with other legal counsels in China and other regions

• Bachelor degree or above in Chinese law; overseas legal study is preferred

• At least 5 years working experience in law firms and/or multinational companies' legal department

• Excellent English and Chinese in both writing and speaking
