• Participate as one of several lead auditors responsible for leading the work of several staff auditors during the execution of their assigned audits.
  

• Refinement of audit scope, planning of audit execution and wrap-up / reporting for assigned audits
  

• Learn the processes being audited
  

• Plan own work to meet deadlines
  

• Document all work performed
  

• Review work completed by staff auditors and ensure adherence to audit methodology
  

• Review results with auditee to vet findings
  

• Conduct the update and closing meetings for assigned audits
  

• Draft final audit report and coordinate overall audit results reporting
  

• Follow-up on corrective action plans
  

• Provide performance feedback and coaching/mentoring to staff auditors
  

• Extensive global travel required with no restrictions

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6 to 8 years of professional job related experience
  

• Previous audit experience
  

• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, along with good listening skills
  

• Very good planning, organizing, and analytical skills
  

• Ability and desire to learn quickly
