An US Consumer Goods Company

• Finance Department Operations.
  Oversee all activities of the finance department, including the month-end close process, accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll and cash management，etc

• Reporting
  Oversee and direct the preparation of the monthly reporting package that summarize business results (revenue, expense and earnings) and financial position (balance sheet and cash flow)

• Internal Control
  Work closely with the U.S. finance and accounting teams to set and implement standard policies and procedures for vendor management, cash disbursements and other internal control processes
  Ensure timely completion of annual statutory audit and all local required tax filings
  Ensure cost and expense control procedures are in place and control of all outgoing payments.

• Government relationship and compliance
  Work closely with HR leader and GM to maintain compliance with laws and regulations and other legal directives

• Management
  Recommend finance function and operational improvement opportunities. Supervise, train and coach the China Finance team. Lead the team with high performance

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting / business with fluent oral & written English and Chinese; CPA or equivalent preferred

• Strong familiarity with business practices, regulations and requirements in the PRC

• Hands-on experience managing a similar sized or larger accounting and finance function

• Proven experience with process improvement, internal controls and agility

• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company
