Own the preparation, development, implementation & evaluation of Brand plan activities for Jameson
Develop aggressive growth strategy for Jameson to win with new consumers, new channels and new MOCs
Devise engaging strategies to drive brand presence and bar tender advocacy in the Small Trendy Bar channel
Develop digital strategy and plan for Jameson to amplify social impact and to recruit and retain consumers
Deliver disruptive DUDE experiences for the Jameson tribe through secondary sponsorships and use of pop up bar at on-trade events
Develop bartender community strategy and facilitate implementation
Working closely with brand owner function to ensure effective development of local brand strategy in line with global brand directions whilst proactively communicating relevant information
Work closely with the consumer insights team to develop strong consumer insights into the target consumer, key opportunities and strategic direction for the defined portfolio
Build a smooth communication with activation and sales team to ensure the brand strategy developed is translated into optimal trade solutions
任职要求
5+ years working experience in marketing, commerce or business management with reputable companies
Solid brand management experience in both planning and execution
Proven strategic, analytical and creative abilities
Open-minded and passionate; strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Fluent English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
University graduate with bachelor degree or above
