• Monitor the KPI, analysis data to find SOP opportunities or risks，raise corrective measures to brand and assist to the SOP training to meet the needs of brand

• Propose reasonable suggestion to optimize operation process

•  2-3 years retail sales experience in executive level. Cosmetics industry experience preferred
