Global High-end Cosmetics Brand

• Assist line manager on back office’s Annual and VFB budgeting process. Utilizes appropriate planning tools to improve the effectiveness of the budget planning process

• Assist line manager on back office’s monthly rolling process

• Assist line manager on regular/ad-hoc monthly/quarterly and yearly reports for whole company to CFO, China Management Team and Global Finance team

• Prepares/consolidates system/manual financial reports and schedules for month-end, quarterly, year-end closings for whole company

• Co-working with GL team every month for cost allocation check and verification

• University graduate with major in finance or accounting

• CPA certification is a plus

• 5 years of relevant work experience (Analyst level)

• Strong analytical and good English language skills. Strong communication skills

• Team work player with outstanding inter personal skill

• Exceptional PC skills, particularly with MS Office applications, and a working knowledge of enterprise wide software systems. SAP is a plus
