A global leading industrial group

• Act as Project Managers in the APAC region on rewards or benefits area, that will include payroll centralization project in China

• Deliver the reward or benefit and rewards operations projects across all sectors in APAC region according to the work plan of the department heads at global and regional level

• Identify areas for improvement on current programs in the region and develop proposals

• Act as highest level of compensation or benefits expert in the region

• Develop and conduct training plans for business managers and HRs

• Supervise Reward and Benefits specialist

• Bachelor degree of accredited university in math/statistics/economics

• Master degree and MBA preferred

• Project Management experience in top consultant firms at least at Sr. Analyst level

• Oversea working/living/study experience Preferred
