  • Lead the strategic and tactical activities of people and processes that will provide Human Resource services, direction and direct support to the multiple teams

  • Provide leadership guidance to Functional leaders to support them in achieving their organizational objectives

  • Lead and support talent acquisition/recruiting, employee development & retention processes for the business to ensure both employee and organization growth

  • Support the performance management process, local compensation & benefits, and applicable regulatory compliance processes

  • Provide Organizational Development expertise and support to the business, including training/education, leadership development and coaching, change management, organization design and interactive employee communications

  • Be a proactive and innovative contributor to the organization's leadership team. Aggressively and continuously seek out opportunities to propose and implement new ideas, processes and programs that contribute to the growth and success of the organization

  • Oversee the recruitment process outsourcing initiative to ensure vendor adherence to service level standards

  • Initiate and lead the employer branding efforts, including the online recruiting experience; provide guidance regarding utilization and future updates/change

  • Act as consultant to business unit HR regarding recruiting strategies and approaches; facilitate best practice sharing in the area of talent acquisition across the HR organization

  • Work with HR Business Partners in the support workforce planning initiatives

  • Maintain awareness of and communicate market and industry trends that impact recruiting strategies and programs

  • Participate in the delivery of talent development programs as required

  • Other duties as required


任职要求
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business or related field required

  • Minimum 7 years related work experience required in a global manufacturing company, preferably automotive. Experience must include at least 2 years focused on recruitment, including employer branding and innovative approaches

  • Strength in hiring, assessment, coaching, facilitation, strategy and consulting skills required

  • Must have initiative to take on challenging assignments and make sound decisions

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills required
