·           Establish and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to manage an effective compliance program, to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct

·           Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct

·           Institute and maintain an effective compliance communication and training program on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures, such as and FCPA and SOBC, for the organization including appropriate introductory training for new employees and ongoing training for all employees and managers

·           Manage use of external consultants to supplement staff or project work

·           Participate in other company initiatives/projects including due diligence, compliance plans, and special projects or investigations (if needed)

·           At least 8 years’ compliance or the related experience, University Graduate major in Law/accounting/Finance would be preferred

·           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in both spoken and written English

·           Committed, logical thinking; Keen attention to detail; Customer focused

·           Self motivated and positive “

·           Ability to prioritize workload and cope under pressure
