-          Participate as one of several lead auditors responsible for leading the work of several staff auditors during the execution of their assigned audits.

-          Refinement of audit scope, planning of audit execution and wrap-up / reporting for assigned audits

-          Learn the processes being audited

-          Plan own work to meet deadlines

-          Document all work performed

-          Review work completed by staff auditors and ensure adherence to audit methodology

-          Review results with auditee to vet findings

-          Conduct the update and closing meetings for assigned audits

-          Draft final audit report and coordinate overall audit results reporting

-          Follow-up on corrective action plans

-          Provide performance feedback and coaching/mentoring to staff auditors

-          Extensive global travel required with no restrictions.

-          Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 6 to 8 years of professional job related experience

-          Previous audit experience

-          Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, along with good listening skills

-          Very good planning, organizing, and analytical skills

-          Ability and desire to learn quickly
