1.       Builds strong partnership within FP&A team and with cross departments to research, analyse and understand the working process of different function.

2.       Improve the efficiency of finance data analysis by consolidating, developing standard and adhoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards and metrics.

3.       Development, rollout and implementation of policies, procedures and template in purpose of budget, forecasting and strategic plan.

4.       Development, rollout and implementation of policies, procedures and template in purpose of achievement analysis.

5.       Proactively identify and participate in continuous improvement of strategic plans and reporting template of store performance, overheads, investments, capex and inventory.

6.        Coach, counsel and educate finance business partners on finance policies, processes, programs and strategies for success deliveries.

1.       Bachelor degree and above

2.       Major in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics/Mathematics

3.       3 to 5 years’ experiences related to finance/business data analysis/statistics/consulting

4.       Strong excel or access skills and potential skill of Macro

5.       Logical approach to work and attention to detail

6.       Able to work independently

7.       Strong passion to face with challenge

8.       Strong influencing skill and good communicator in both English and Mandarin Chinese

9.       Ability of making related department collaborate together
