·         Measurement financial reporting and business performance matrix

·         Prepare financial reports as required by law, regulation and company policies

·         Build cost analysis model of low cost countries’ sourced products and implement/ monitor the compliance

·         Oversee the flow cash, business transactions and expense reports

·         Manage recruiting, hiring, training & development, employee C&B employee relationship, legal compliance, office disciplines and employee termination

·         Support GM’s business development in China market

·         Understand, model, implement and hold Heico Shanghai accountable for strict adherence to the Heico Code of Conduct and Compliance Manual, as well as all applicable laws

·         Ensure that all operations are operated in strict accordance with applicable accounting rules and standards

·         Bachelor degree from a reputable university (4-year degree)

·         Experience working at a multinational company and a small/medium sized company

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in finance management in a stand alone cost center

·         Minimum 3 years of cost accounting in manufacturing environment

·         Solid knowledge of accounting rules and regulations in China as well as understanding of US GAAP.

·         Experience in Human resources management preferred Fluency in English (written and verbalHigh degree of business integrity

·         Ability to work in global matrix organization

·         Excellent relationship management and project management skills
