汇报Senior Controlling Mgr

-       Prepare monthly reports, analysis and KPIs for business and VFO review;

-       Analyze gaps, deviations and performance of the monthly closing results (revenue, cost, C1, TP, efficiency, etc.);

-       Assist Head NI Controlling in the monthly closing process in terms of providing findings, root causes, and proposing adjustments before monthly closing meeting, and monitoring action items and key points arisen from closing meeting.

-       Assist HeadNI Controlling during the planning exercises (F1, F3, BU, RP) in terms of collecting, processing, analyzing data points, creating planning tools, enhancing planning procedures, etc;

-       Track and monitor project pre-post calculation gap; work closely with sales/marketing and installation, and PLM to keep the smooth and reasonable gap trend, and control risk on pricing tool;

-       Understand and adopt NI financial and operational standards, processesand procedures per Group ON;

-       Be responsible for NI related Internal Controls (ICFR);

-       Be abusiness partner to Operation Team(Sales/Marketing, Installation, Field Operation and Product Line Management); understand business processes and targets, and support Operation Team to make sound business decision.

-       Strong communication on differentlevels;

-       Result oriented;

-       Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills;

-       Good experience and capability in finance controlling;

-       SAP knowledge;

-       Adept in Excel and PowerPoint. VBA is preferable.

-       Fluent English both in speaking and writing.

-       Strong sense of responsibility.
