• Responsible for developing chocolate, dairy, beverage and pastry sales growth with set gross margin in China

• Explore and develop new markets and new channels

• To implement new product/brand launch

• To develop marketing plan with Marketing Manager to boost sales and to penetrate to target key channels (bakery chains, hotel chains, gourmet manufacturers)

• To learn and understand the strength, weakness, threat and where the business opportunities of core categories

• To manage product pricing, monthly/quarterly forecasting

• To review the current field sales structure, incentive structure and establish target in both financial and non-financial target/KPI per channels/product mix/region with Regional Sales Managers to deliver the sales strategy

• Other sales tasks assigned by General manager

• Bachelor degree in Business or related to the Food Industry

• Solid sales experience and network in food services trade, bakery service,hotel service in China market

• An understanding on the importation flow on food products into China an ideally with experiences in managing food products with cold chain facilities

• Ability to increase sales and acquire new customers

• Strong background in leading commercial sales

• Exposure to direct-sale, e-commerce will be an advantage
