MAGI deploy a lot of resources to help the start-ups in various ways whether it is identifying talent for key positions or asking tough questions that further strategy. We work to help start-ups to develop leadership qualities and serve as outstanding mentors in talent related topics.

As we have a large exposure in the talent market in China, MAGI also function as a bridge between PE/VCs and fast-growing start-ups in providing financial advisory. We’ve been focusing on the FinTech, Consumers and Life Sciences for the past years.
