    Our dedicated team provides the learning and development programs that are tailored to the needs of different people. An outline of our programs is as follows:

    Core Competency Training

    The program introduces new starters to the firm. The goals of the program are to:
    Integrate all new employees into MAGI Associates’ environment in an effective manner.
    Give employees the tools and support to function effectively from their first day.
    Ensure employees are confident and comfortable in their new environment.
    The program covers a range of topics including our vision, strategy and structure; an introduction to teams within the firm; and training in our recruitment process and providing high quality service to clients and candidates.

    Advanced Competency Training

    The training is designed for experienced consultant. We have various topics in this session. For example:

    Business Development Program: we train our consultants in consultative business development, using a leading methodology to help consultants become more influential communicators. It focuses on developing a business development strategy and building the communication skills needed to achieve quality outcomes.
    Master-classes: subject matter experts within the business run Master-classes during lunchtimes on recruitment topics on advanced competency. People get the opportunity to ask questions and learn from more experienced colleagues.

    Management Development Program

    For top performers wishing to take a management position, we provide this program. A phased management program has been designed to hone the development of key skills including: coaching, motivation, leadership and personality profiling, etc.

    Mentor Program

    Every new employee will be assigned an experienced colleague who is not in the same team as mentor. The informal Mentor-Mentee relationship will assist new joiners in setting and achieving work and life goals.
