PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES:
1) Be responsible for brand’s skincare and fragrance product line. Grow market share, build up consumer loyalty.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Ensures Category Growth and Key Pillar Ranking
1) Identify growth engine via Beaute Research analysis and secure sufficient inventory
2) Provide new launch forecast with reasonable rationale and propose phase-out plan accordingly
3) Review current portfolio and recommend potential NPD opportunity
4) Manage pricing
B. Understand Category Trend and Identify Differentiation of Pillar / New Launch
1) Be able to understand category trend and consumer evolution via market research and social listening
2) Provide timely update of competitor new launch information
3) Lead new launch concept development and alignment with training, engagement teams
4) Facilitate quick research among field beauty advisors
C. Support Fragrance Social / Digital Campaign Planning & Execution
1) Responsible for weibo / wechat, i.e. calendar arrangement, post and FAQ
2) Develop search plan out of E-commerce environment
3) Manage budget of social agency cost
任职要求
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
1. University graduate
2. Fluent English and Mandarin a must
Work Experience
1. Over 4 years of marketing experience in both ATL & BTL.
2. Cosmetics experience and luxury brands retail experience preferred.
