职责：

ž   Innovates to make our customers more successful and drives sustainable solutions in Finance

ž   Proactively identify areas of improvement, develop and implement plans to achieve the “we add value as one company” strategic target.

ž   Lead cross-functional and cross-companies teams (with or without formal reporting lines) to develop and implement solutions in companies in Greater China.

ž   Implement global / regional Finance initiatives in Greater China.

ž   Provide professional accounting/finance process advice to Finance teams on Service Platform and other group companies in Greater China.

ž   Interacts with and gains acceptance from Management and stakeholders on various initiatives.

ž   Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Economics. With professional Accounting qualifications (CICPA, ACCA or equivalent)

ž   10 years’ professional experience; Big 4 experience preferred.

ž   Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
