汇报对象：FPA Associate Director

Ø  Lead China overall rolling forecast and quarterly planning exercise to deliver plan and invest for future;

Ø  Provide China Management and Asia Finance team timely and adequate insights about China P&L performance, risks and opportunities, with close cooperation with other FP&A team members;

Ø  Support AD of FP&A for total China annual plan preparation, analysis, and presentation;

Ø  Closely monitor and measure overall China business performance from diversified aspects to ensure maximization of opportunities to meet or exceed targets;

Ø  Lead functional budgeting and controlling, provide solid financial analysis to optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency;

Ø  Establish, maintain and/or leverage appropriate information systems to support and smoothen the FP&A process;

Ø  Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity and analysis, increase efficiencies, manage costs and maintain state of the art practices;

Ø  Provide strong support and supervision to subordinate, to develop people and overall team’s capability.

s   At least 8~12 years experience in relevant with financial planning

s   Excellent communication and influencing skills

s   Good at managing multiple tasks and prioritization under pressure

s   Ability to view big picture but also down-to-earth

s   High self-discipline and self-motivation

s   Experience at process improvement and automation will be a plus

s   Fluent in English
